Thermal imaging assists in pest control

Owner of Ants Away Pest Control Charlie Roy has found delight in employing thermal imaging in his home inspection methods. During his research, Roy learnt that wet objects emit radiations at different rates than their surroundings.

After attending a seminar, he realized that using a thermal imager to find moist spots was more advantageous that a moisture meter. Also thermal imaging can show cold and hot spots which could be openings where outside air and pests can get in. This has shown that pest control is also another area where the thermal imaging technology can be employed.
