Manufacturer warranty and certification information displayed are for indicative purpose, this information might me inaccurate and in certain cases the manufacture might require product registration to be valid, We cannot accept any responsibility if such information is incorrect.    

We strive to provide all our customers with accurate product information, however we cannot accept any responsibility if such information is incorrect or false.

Ordering and Pricing

Once a transaction has been completed, a product is unavailable, we are entitled to cancel the order without any warning or penalty.

We are entitled to change price and product information at any point.

Also during busy period there might be some delay delivering your order this only affects 1% of orders during busy periods.

While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will refund you fully or recommend substitute product. in some cases there might be a need for security check which could delay delivery.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, terrorist or illegal acts and other industrial disputes).


It is OK to change your mind! If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us in wrieing. If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a refund of your payment, minus a 10% administration fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us, using a secure service such as Special Delivery or courier. When we receive it, we will refund your payment, minus our postage costs and a 10% administration fee

Rental Charges

Rental Charges will be calculated weekly with part week being charged as full week.

All Rental Charges are quoted in pounds sterling, unless otherwise stated.

Rental Charges relate solely to the rental of the Equipment

Where the Equipment is returned or collected and is found not to be in substantially the same condition (fair wear and tear being excluded) that it was at the time of delivery then the Customer shall be responsible for the costs of the Company returning the Equipment to its condition at the time of delivery plus an administration charge of fifteen per cent (15%). Where the Equipment is incapable of being restored to its previous condition, the Customer shall be responsible for the full cost of replacement.

Where the Equipment is lost during the Rental Period the Customer shall pay to the Company on demand the full replacement cost of the Equipment.

The customer is responsible for repair costs resulting from misuse or abuse of equipment.

Equipment should be used according to the specifications of the manufacturer and no modifications, additions, or improvements to the equipment are allowed without the express approval of Air Concern Ltd.


Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the customers address within the promised delivery date and it's the customers responsibility to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods.

For items with order status "Next day", will dispatch same working day if ordered before 2PM, otherwise the indicated dispatch speed will if in doubt please contact us before placing your order. The shipping method selected is only applicable at the point of dispatch


While everything reasonably possible will be done to adhere to delivery dates promised sometime items become out of stock due to multiple orders within a short period and stock levels going out of sync between stock takes, this however  represent a small fraction of orders. When this happen we will try and get the goods to the customer as soon as possible or refund the customer immediate if payment has been made.
