The Extech 445814 Humidity Alert is a hygro-thermometer indicator relative humidity, temperature and dew point on a large triple display. its has an audio and visual alarm to alert when when the humidity rises or drops beyond the user programmable lower

It features the MAX/MIN function with the option to reset as well as a rear calibration adjustment pot. The relative humidity range is 10 to 99% while the temperature range is 14 to 140F (-10 to 60C). The 445814 comes complete with a stand, a wall mounting bracket and it's the perfect instrument when conditions for mold growth exist.
