I bought this meter for measuring the face velocity of laboratory fume hoods. It measures the temperature of the air at the same time and helps me to detect faulty room air conditioner. Its infrared capabilities can travel at relatively long distances and give accurate readings. Would Recommend!

I purchased this Anemometer because it was affordable compared to other units that basically performs the same function. It comes in a nice case and looks professional. The digital handheld portion of the unit works great and feels nice. Would recommend!
